Tabata

Each exercise in a Tabata workout only lasts for four minutes.

  • Work out hard for 20 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Complete 8 rounds

In any one set you’ll  drive yourself hard for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. You’ll do eight sets of each exercise.
