Classes in detail
H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)
An enhanced form of interval training. An exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Get yourself fitter in the shortest amount of time possible.
Colombo Spin
A seated no-impact workout using a specially designed bikes. Great fat burning workout. Suitable for all levels of fitness as you set your own resistance and work at your own pace within a group environment motivated by the class instructor.

Members can pre-book all classes by telephone or in-person.
Class levels
Please check with the instructor that the class is suitable for your level of fitness. If you know of any medical reason that may affect you during exercise, please inform your instructor beforehand.

The Colombo Centre is a registered charity. Income generated from gym membership and hire of the outdoor pitches stays in the neighbourhood. It is used to manage and maintain the facilities and provide a wide range of free and affordable sports and leisure activities for families and children, young people, adults and older people in Waterloo and North Southwark.
The community activities are delivered by local social enterprise Coin Street Community Builders.
The Colombo Centre is run by the not-for-profit sports trust Jubilee Hall Trust.
