We are suspending Classes for the Christmas period from Sunday 5th December and they will restart again with a new timetable from Wednesday 8th January.

  1. Best to come GYM READY but showers are now available

  2. We will still supply hand sanitiser and will ask customers to still clean their equipment.

  3. Whilst social distancing has been relaxed we ask that you keep yourself safe when in our facilities.

  4. Our huge space guarantees you the airflow you need and we wont be cramming people back into our spaces.

  5. We know that for some people the easing will be stressful. We will still ensure our facility is safe, clean and welcoming.

We're one of the very few gyms in Central London with outdoor pitches and courts. Get your friends or team together for tennis, basketball, netball or football.

Classes will return. Stay tuned for future updates. Spin classes are completely free for all members.
