The Colombo Centre is OPEN and the feedback has been excellent! Full hours in operation

We have been busy ensuring that our premises are Covid-19 Response Approved, and we have also made some changes to how we are going to operate after reading our member’s survey responses.

Our opening hours have been amended and various changes have been made to how the gym and classes operate.

We are fully compliant with the new guidelines for gyms issued by Public Health England. All staff have been fully trained on regular cleaning and ventilation protocols, capacity management and social distancing. Hand sanitiser and disinfectant sprays will be readily available. Floor markings and signage will help direct customers.


Please help us to keep everybody safe and do not attend the gym if you are unwell.


We're one of the very few gyms in Central London with outdoor pitches and courts. Get your friends or team together for tennis, basketball, netball or football.

We offer access to a full range of classes from Aerobics to Zumba. Contact the centre for more information.Spin classes are completely free for all members.

The Colombo Centre is a registered charity. Income generated from gym membership and hire of the outdoor pitches stays in the neighbourhood. It is used to manage and maintain the facilities and provide a wide range of free and affordable sports and leisure activities for families and children, young people, adults and older people in Waterloo and North Southwark. The community activities are delivered by local social enterprise Coin Street Community Builders. The Colombo Centre is run by the not-for-profit sports trust Jubilee Hall Trust.
